The ALDE group in the European Committee of the Regions is happy to invite you to attend the festive ALDE Local and Regional Politicians Awards (LeaDeR) lunch reception, which is taking place on Monday 25 April from 12.15-14:15 CET in the building of the European Committee of the Regions (Rue Belliard 101, 1040 Brussels, Atrium 5).
This is the fifth time that the ALDE group in the Committee of the Regions organises these awards, which aim to recognise the work of outstanding local and regional liberal and democrat politicians and foster best practice at sub-national level.
In total, 35 shortlisted candidates have been selected from ALDE and EDP member parties for 7 different categories of awards. Please find the agenda and list of finalists here.
The reception will be attended by finalists, members of the ALDE-CoR group and MEPs. ALDE Party Individual Members are also invited to join the event. It is an excellent opportunity to network, meet with other European liberal politicians and support finalists!

- Best Elections Campaign
- Achievement in interaction with citizens via Digital Communication
- Achievement in Opposition
- Achievement in Government
- Lifetime Achievement award
